New Home Builds: Visiting Your New Home’s Construction Site

We love working on new home builds. There is nothing like making our customer happy while they watch as their home idea turns into an actual building they can live in. Although we highly recommend that our customers visit the construction site frequently when we work on new home builds, we ask that you follow a few guidelines when you decide to make a visit:

  • We have to follow a certain set of rules to keep our employees and your family safe on the construction site. Ask us about these guidelines before your visit, so you know what expect.

  • We do not recommend stopping in for a surprise visit. When you want to visit your home site, please give us a call beforehand. This will give our crews a little bit of notice before you show up.
  • The foreman working on your new home build is happy to answer your questions. However, try not to keep them too long – they want to get back to work on your house so you can move in as soon as possible.
  • Feel free to take pictures. Documenting the construction process along the way can help you get even more excited about your new home.

When it comes to new home builds, we encourage as much involvement from us as possible. Visiting your home’s building site is a great way to track progress and see your new home come to life week by week.
